Edit on 5.21.13: Should I redo this base so it is MSPaint friendly? Please comment whether or not I should! Because I'm currently ashamed of this horrid icon Thank you!

Here's the official Cat Ghost Icon Base. This is my first animated icon base that I allow people to freely use. If you're question isn't up here, feel free to ask on my page or through notes. Please do not ask me the same question. x'D It really gets old. But thanks for all the views and favorites and comments, everyone! I truly appreciate it~

Q: Can I use this?
A: Well, duh. c: I put it up for a reason. If I didn't want you using it, I wouldn't have posted it. So, yes.

Q: Can I sell these for commissions?
A: I was kind of iffy on this idea, but, sure, why not? It's one of the easiest way to earn points. Just don't take credit for the lineart! c;

Q: How do I make the background transparent?
A: You have to have some sort of 'professional' program. Gimp or Photoshop works fine. To learn how to do this, lookup a tutorial on how to make transparent backgrounds.

Q: How do I edit it when it's moving?
A: Again, you have to have some sort of 'professional' program OR an animating program. I recommend either Photoshop CS3 (I use it) or the Easy Gif Animator. The EGA has a 30 uses trial that can be very handy.

Q: Will you make me one?
A: No. If I were to make someone one, everyone would want me to edit them one.

Q: Do I have to give you credit?
A: Not necessarily, but it's very nice if you do. I don't care if there is credit or not, just as long as you don't go around, saying "AMG I LYKE DR3W DIS!!1!/!" (If you get what I'm saying. xD)

I'm trying to make money to get a tablet so I can actually draw my own art and won't be dependent on line arts ;w;

I just ask that you don't claim the lineart or anything. If you can, maybe leave a credit on there somewhere. Otherwise, feel completely free to!
