Kiriban Prize for ~Crispritz

First of all... HOLY CRAP. xD My hand hurts SO bad. :'D I am proud of this, for the most part. This is my first FULL-EFFORT DRAWING I've EVER done... and I love the results! ;u; *sniffsniff* Mainly because I used all the techniques I've learned into this, the burning and dodge tools helped me a LOT with the shading and lighting effects. The smudge tool played a big part in smudging the shading and lighting, plus the trees and snow. Gah... <3 Very proud.

Second.. there are things I just realized that I missed or messed-up on. And I'll name some of them so I can remember what to add on. x3
- Fix the shadows
- Paw prints in snow
- Snow on trees
- Less opacity on character lines
- Snow on the character fur.

XD I have several.. I'll get to that sometime!

Alrighty, so this is what I'll be drawing in commissions from now on. YOU tell me how much you think this is worth in points/money value. So far, I'mma just place a price 400-800 points [$5-$10] considering what you want and how much it's worth... after all this IS full-effort so..
Am I charging too high? Too low? ...Meh. ono

First off if I must say you did a very wonderful job on this. c:

Downs,
But, if I had to say things you should work on are the shadows they are not all going in the same direction which is confusing where some of them are placed is confusing too.

Your anatomy is improving but still needs some work for example the tongue and the paws.

I love how the characters are feeling, having a fun time out there. The scarf patterns are very cute and so. The theme is cute and interesting. Much fun looks like it has been put in this.

First off, the style of the drawing is pretty cool! It looks like a getting card! >W< Oreo and Ritz are drawn neatly with excellent shading, perfect shadows, and adorable facial expressions! :D I like the even, painting-looking background and how detailed everything is! I think their outfits are adorable as well! :3 The only issue is, some of the shadows of the trees are smaller then they should be, or the trees were supposed to be on the other side of the hill and only a part of their shadows are shown, I don't really know for sure, but either way, AWESOME JOB! :D-b

It looks awesome! What did you draw it in? Smudge, dodge, and burn are my fav tools besides the paintbrush. Really nice job!

I think your commission prices are about right. A lot of people set them too low, I think.

Really? :"D Gah thank you! I used Photoshop CS3, actually. What do you use, outta curiosity? Yeees, they are definitely my three favorite tools! Without them, drawings wouldn't come to life as they do!

Alright, that's good. x3 You are indeed right; a lot of people set them waaay too low and they could be making more than what they are charging for.

I use GIMP, pretty similar from what I've heard. I have Photoshop Elements 8 but I never use it :shrug: I like GIMP, see no reason to switch :) But Photoshop is pretty much the standard, I guess.

But yea, really nice work :)

Awesome ^u^ I think Photoshop has more professional tools but I really don't use many tools on it anyway.. xDD Gimp is pretty much the same, just limited on some things.
